The location:

The nature of the
center: local,
non -governmental institution having a legal identity (body corporate) and
financially independent .It is a charitable organization aiming at no
commercial benefit.
3-
The goals:
a.
Explaining
and spreading the ideas of democratic laws in Yemen ,Arab countries and
the world by getting acquainted with the different law practices and
comparing ,analyzing and publishing them in newspapers , journals and
books.
b.
Being in
contact with the developments in the constitutional law systems, the
Yemeni, Arab and foreign systems, local forms of government, human rights,
principles of democracy and the rule of law and impartiality.
c.
Translating
the constitutions ,election laws and legislative regulations written in
foreign languages and comparing and analyzing them .Publishing World
Constitutions Institution in Arabic.
d.
Creating
relations and cooperation in the legal and scientific fields and
information exchange with centers , institutions,establishments and
departments that have the same interest in Yemen and abroad.
e.
Holding
symposia, conferences and meetings, organizing different training courses,
and participating in them to help in achieving the goals of the center.
f.
Making
studies and scientific researches, and designing different programs
implementations which cope with the goals of the center.
4-
Finance:
a-
The capital
deposited by the founder of the center in the Yemeni Bank for
Establishment and Reconstruction, Taiz branch in the name of the center.
b-
Donations,
grants and monetary aid offered to the center by persons and organizations
inside or outside Yemen.
c-
One quarter
of the money that the center gets from its publications and its training
activity.
